The family reserve balsamic vinegar, elaborated with reserve vinegar and sweet wine. It is aged with classic vintage systems in oak barrels, which are previously soaked in Pedro Jiménez wine and aged for no less than 5 years.
Deliciously well balanced vinegar, it’s produced following traditional methods, with fresh raspberries cultivated in Asturias, Spain. It’s a gourmet product that stands out for its great velvety texture and bittersweet flavour.
We want to reach consumers whose preference lies in an innate oil obtained in the mill, offering a natural juice from very healthy olives. The organoleptic qualities and vitamins remain practically intact.
