RAW EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
The name that distinguishes it, ‘Raw’, alludes to the fact that this oil is made of natural filtration by decantation before packaging. Our objective is for our consumer to have it the moment it is obtained in the oil mill. It offers a very healthy and natural olive oil extract.
This oil has been extracted from the Arbequina olive variety, collected and crushed on the 12th November 2014.
During all the manufacture process, we had never elevated the temperature above 27ºC, thereby (cold press) all the organoleptic as well as the vitamins remain almost intact.
FAMILY RESERVE BALSAMIC VINEGAR
The family reserve balsamic vinegar, elaborated with reserve vinegar and sweet wine. It is aged with classic vintage systems in oak barrels, which are previously soaked in Pedro Jiménez wine and aged for at least 5 years. It is mahogany dark vinegar with dried gold trim raisins. It gathers a range of flavours that bring back the origin of Pedro Ximénez vinous raisins and unctuous, wide, light and smooth wines with a wood touch in the palate. It is perfect to provide a bittersweet and light touch in salads, nuts, fatty fish, strawberries and ice cream.

RASPBERRIES BALSAMIC VINEGAR
Deliciously well-balanced vinegar, it is produced following traditional methods, with fresh raspberries cultivated in Asturias Spain. A gourmet product stands out for its great velvety and bittersweet flavour. We can enhance the flavour of fatty fish, bush meat, fruit salads and all kind of rice. It provides a fresh and original taste with both an acid and sweet touch at the same time sweet.
