RESERVE WINE VINEGAR
Extracted from the best wine of Castilla La Mancha, it is aged for several years in wooden barrels. The gradual evolution of all fragrances provides this artisan vinegar with its characteristic flavour. It is best combined with our certified olive oil to make an outstanding salad dressing and it is also perfect for making all types of sauces.
BALSAMIC VINEGAR
Dark brown syrupy vinegar with a smooth sweet sour flavour. It is obtained by natural fermentation of wine and must. This process begins by choosing the best and ripest grapes for their richness in sugar and aroma, remaining at rest for a long time, until the moment to be bottled comes. This fine Spanish vinegar is fabulous in reduction sauce glazes, whenever a strong deep flavour is desired.
WHITE WINE VINEGAR
The authentic traditional vinegar, simple and tasty to be used in all dishes and also to remember our authentic cuisine. It is perfect for Mediterranean gastronomy.
RED WINE VINEGAR
This vinegar, like the White Wine one, is a simple and tasty vinegar with an aroma that reminds us the red wines of La Mancha. It is perfect for any dish of Mediterranean gastronomy.
BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA
Our Balsamic Vinegar of Módena is a product classified as exclusive and distinctive GI (Protected Geographical Indication) from the current regions of Módena and Regio Emilia. ORGANIC WHITE WINE VINEGAR
The Organic White Wine Vinegar PLINIO is produced with grapes that have been grown without chemical products or synthetic fertilizers. It complies with the Community Regulation CEE nº2092/91, certified by the CAAE ecological agriculture organ of control. It may have a slight turbidity that does not affect the quality, but is proof of its natural origin.
